As 25 pessoas que participaram da reuni&#227;o, incluindo 18 autores de 14 pa&#237;ses, discutiram o conte&#250;do e os objetivos do manual artigo por artigo. Os debates levaram &#224; identifica&#231;&#227;o precisa do autor ou autores para cada artigo. A fase de elabora&#231;&#227;o do manual deve come&#231;ar agora e o lan&#231;amento est&#225; previsto para o primeiro semestre de 2011. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Este manual ser&#225; voltado para o p&#250;blico em geral - culto e informado, com o objetivo de tirar proveito do ciberespa&#231;o para permitir uma representa&#231;&#227;o justa das l&#237;nguas na sociedade do conhecimento compartilhado. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;O Comit&#234; de Reda&#231;&#227;o foi composto por:&lt;p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Daniel Prado (Union Latine) &lt;li&gt;Marcel Diki-Kidiri (Association YSB S&#228;ng&#246;) &lt;li&gt;Yoshiki Mikami (Language Observatory) &lt;li&gt;Daniel Pimienta (Funredes) &lt;li&gt;Louis Pouzin (Eurolinc) &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;/body&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

A gest&#227;o internacional da Internet deve ser operada de maneira multilateral, transparente e democr&#225;tica, com plena participa&#231;&#227;o dos Estados, do setor privado, da sociedade civil e das organiza&#231;&#245;es internacionais.
